I loved the space, the friendly down to earth instructors and people and the perfect blend of it feeling like a lovely special place, but not intimidating and pretentious. Really enjoyed it.

It was my first ever experience of pilates and I was welcomed and looked after by the person on reception (Ellen) and the teacher (Suzie).
The place is beautiful and very welcoming! Everyone is so friendly and nice, having a dog around really add to the vibe and make the experience better.
Even having a good English I still struggle understanding the instructions and I believe that happens because sometimes the instruction is too fast for me but I hope to be able to catch up soon!
I really liked the instructor today ( 23/12/20 - 12;30), she saw that I didn't get the position right and corrected me and that made a big difference.
I am happy to have a Pilates studio so close to my house with a good price and qualified professionals.
