As a beginner, the staff was very helpful in making appropriate suggestions and recommendations for class selection.
The staff was very compassionate, the instructors, gentle touch was very healing. It was calming, meditative, restorative.
I could not have asked for a better first visit! I sat outside because I was early and the first person I met was Daniella who was so warm and welcoming.
Then the individuals I met once we were inside were also so kind and helped me find what I needed for class. The class was amazing and so calming. I felt such a warm inviting energy in the space which was so nice to experience for my first time. I will definitely come back!
