Saule yoga studio is a beautiful and safe space for me. I'm working through childhood sexual trauma right now. The teachers don't know that, but all of the teachers I have taken a class with have held space for my healing. I'm a yoga teacher as well, and I teach Somatic Yoga Therapy, so I know what I'm talking about. Saule is a loving, inclusive, sacred space where everyone feels welcome
I love Saule. I love the environment. I love the teachers. I love the space. I'm so grateful to have found it.
