I’ve been coming to Saule for over a year now and not a single class has felt repetitive! I’m always cheerfully greeted by my name when I come in and that just feels so special and welcoming :)
The lighting and ambiance
Jenny is an amazing instructor. She is very intentional with her voice and words to ensure a peaceful experience. She explains each move well and gives lots of variations for people at different levels.
