The class was challenging and energizing and the instructor was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I joined Saule Yoga Studio one year ago and have loved everything about it. The variety of classes, the studio environment, the daily schedule , but mostly the people! The instructors are knowledgeable, welcoming, fun and very helpful. In addition the clients reflect the positive and supportive vibe that makes it a community. My membership is one of the best things I’ve done for my body, mind, soul and spirit.
Appreciate the non heated classes. The vibe of the room feels great and instructors are awesome (shout out to Holly- my fave)
