I love starting my day with early am Fusion Flow. I have Jenn going to Saule Yoga for many years. It's lovely inside and the vibe is very welcoming.
Because I love Saule! The atmosphere is perfect, the teachers are skilled and there's lots of tools at my disposal.
It was a great visit
I really enjoy the environment and yogis. I would just suggest that the ac be turned up during quiet, less movement classes. Yin and restore last night was very cold.
