Very friendly, great class and instructor. The flow was very thoughtful and I liked the progression and options for modifications. Music was also perfect!

The teacher, Kristina was probably one of the best teachers I have had in all my years even from other studios.
Also, it feels comfortable and similar to the way Gilbert yoga used to be when I went there. I came back to my mat after many years and I'm grateful to finding Saule yoga to support it.
This boutique studio has the best vibes and a wide variety of classes available. Kristina is a master instructor with the perfect balance of spirituality and soft humor. Love her style .
