Excellent instructor, everyone working there made me feel comfortable, love the wood floor, and elegant surroundings of an old building . Also, the windows make it bright and airy. Nice to have dressing rooms. It's close to my work. Overall, it's a real pleasant place with lots of time choices

The studio is warm & welcoming mostly! I especially like that you're not like the other cookie cutter "core hot whatever" classes. Your staff and teachers are wonderful and it really feels like if you want a true yoga experience, with a workout and zen, you get it here
