• I would have given it a 10 because I like that it is private and quiet,and the HBOT appears new and clean,and it is easy to get an appointment last minute.I took off one point because there is ALWAYS a different tech operating the machine and they look like high school or college students .It makes me nervous that there seems to be zero continuity with them and I wonder how much training they have been given and if they would know how to respond if something were to go wrong.

• Responding to this Alert I just received; Yes, Jaimi was very polite and informative and my experience was great! She explained the process very well and warned me about the issues of recording my sessions and informed me of the regiment structure that I would have to perform. So overall it was a great experience that mirrored and exceeded my standards set by my other therapy programs that I have completed since my surgery on Jan. 1, 2025.
