• I enjoyed my first CORE 45 with Samantha on Monday. She started the class on time, clearly knows what she’s doing, presented a good variety of exercises, demonstrated them, provided feedback and encouragement, and was quickly able to offer options when I couldn’t do the exercise she’d planned. At least on Day One, two thumbs up!

• First of all their techniques, experience and training WORKS!!! Within a few days my symptoms (pain in the lower back and right hip) were GONE. Second the practitioners were all approachable, friendly, good humored, competent professionals. Everyone in the office wants you to feel better and heal from whatever is causing pain or limitation
