• Natalie is always very friendly, discusses everything that she is doing with me before she starts, consistently checks in to make sure that she is cutting or coloring my hair in a way that makes me happy. After voicing some issues I have had with haircuts in the past, Natalie suggested a specific way to cut the layers to prevent the tangling I often encounter - I trusted her judgement and have had absolutely zero issues with tangling. I always leave feeling absolutely beautiful and love the color that she puts in my hair
