Distancing. Do they think COVID is a joke?

Booked an appointment and they ended Up having to reschedule me due to a corona infection with one of the employees. The owner gave me a discount Due to the inconvenience and I then had my hair styled for the first time here with Taylor. She did a wonderful job on my hair as she mentioned she has mostly male clients. The place is very cute inside - with decor and gifts you'd normally see in a large city salon. I will be back - the owner and employees were wonderful - as was my hair cut / style !

The best salon I have ever been to. My daughter and I have been seeing Danita for over a year and she exceeds our expectations EVERY TIME! The boutique is super cute too and has the best deals.

Great full service salon! Offers men's, women's and childrens haircuts, color, perms, hair extensions, feather extensions and more! The upstairs of the salon is where all the spa services happen. They do manicures, pedicures both water jet and steam, shellac nail enhancements, gel sparkle toes, facials, waxing, and massage!
A real gem for this small town. They also have a great retail section that includes purses, wallets, necklaces, earrings headbands and other jewelry. Candles, nail polish and lots of great hair care products like morrocian oil too. Check it out! Very friendly staff

Danita was amazing and gave me the exact haircut I was hoping for! Salon 311 is a clean salon with super friendly staff and the Boutique is an added bonus before or after your appointment.

Salon 311 is conveniently located in the center of Fox Lake. Their staff is always willing to accommodate whether you have a wedding party or need individual services. They do all types of hair coloring, perms, conditionings and if course cuts. Also have services such as manis and pedis, artificial nails and gel colors. I specifically have Jackie as my beautician. She's very knowledgeable in the products she uses and explains the process or makes suggestions so you turn out even better than anticipated. Highly recommend making an appointment here!

The staff was very nice and friendly. It was clean and they did a good job. I didn't have a appointment but only had to wait a couple of minutes. Did not give them a 5 star because you had to walk up a step flight of stairs. But I will definitely go back.
