I liked the class, it was intense but I could do it from start to finish. The coach was super helpful and attentive, always checking if I was doing ok and if I was doing the exercise correctly.

I just enjoy the structure of my hour long exerciseseach time and I really like my instructors like today, Brandon was awesome! Other days, Geo and Heydee and Kaylee are great, as well! I am just happy to have found a place that makes me a better person, I feel great!!!!
