Love the coaches , the comfortable environment , from someone who hasn’t done any of these workouts , I’ve burnt over 300 calories first class and 506 second class , and haven’t gotten my groove yet , lol . Loving the polar band to keep me aware of my numbers and it keeps me challenging myself , Jenny and Jose who are always paying attention to correct my execution of the specific exercise .Loving the monthly progress report with that in mind it keeps me accountable , I hate to exercise but this class has really got me hooked , can’t wait to get to class in the morning … lol
