Because of how effective is the work out because of trainers good disposition because of convenient location price and so on nutrition guide cleanliness equipment etc I love Rzone ! It is the first time I comment to a work out schedule for 2 years now never before o attend a gym I pay membership but never showed up

Kiara’s class was excellent! Very motivating and she was great in correcting form. The stretching at the end was awesome! It would be so great to add a 30 minute stretch on Sunday.
