The workouts and coaches are amazing. You are pushed adequately (they seem to know where and how much more you can go even when you think you can’t). I recently injured my shoulder (minor setback) and they helped modified exercises and constantly were checking in on me. I can’t thank Rzone enough for setting up a safe place for women at all levels of fitness. You guys rock.
