Coach Irving always motivating and providing that extra push . He helps me reset my mindset to focus on the now and try my best today ! Which in return helps if you're a mom of two and your mind drifts away always putting others before yourself. I'm very grateful and appreciative to have found this gym and to have met such wonderful motivating coaches - each with a story of their own . And the girls too , with their clapping and screaming "let's go!" , is very supportive , I really enjoy it!
