RZone Fitness Bird Road

I recently rejoined Rzone after a knee injury and I'm so happy to be back to a place that feels like home. All the women here support each other and the coaches always have your back! I decided to do the 90 day program so I can set myself a solid goal to get back in shape after my injury and I'm so excited to be right back to where I was by summer time :)

Everyone is helpful, especially the owners who are so involved with the brand. Their policies and practices are clear and they're always here to help you out if you need. I was so sad when I got hurt, but they helped me with cancelling my membership with no issues.

Overall, this is an amazing environment and I would totally recommend joining if you're a woman who's looking to start your fitness journey in a safe space!

Super Super and Super, to me this gym has been an amazing experience. Im not the athletic type and have always been lazy. However, in here trainers are the sweetest but at the same time they make u reach your goals. Im so glad i found a place like this.

when I requested to cancel my membership i was told i had to pay the remaining balance even tho when I signed up they said I could cancel anytime if I just gave my two weeks notice now I'm stuck paying 260$ even tho I might not be able to even attend the gym i had asked prior to signing up for this specific reason but anyways just make sure u read everything an don't go by what people say

Ever since I joined this gym, I've discovered that one can feel better every day with more energy, better health, and above all, the staff, both at the front desk and the coaches, are very professional. Coach Alexa is exceptional; she has taught me a lot about performing exercises correctly and always cares about helping me improve. I would like for Coach Alexa to be at RZONE BIRD ROAD for more days because she teaches us a lot about how to achieve better results.I'd also like to mention coaches José and Mónica, who are excellent. Thank you, RZONE, for giving me a new motivation in life.

Make sure you read your agreement all promotions are a CONTRACTS or sorry " commitments " !!! All promotions are " commitments " and you will have to pay in full if you want to cancel. So there is a cancelation fee. to cancel you will have to pay the remaining balance in full !!! Read everything before committing do not go by word of mouth. Don't be like me and read before you sign!!! Not everyone is well informed on what they are selling!!

I love RZone! Ysney is awesome and all the Coaches!! I always feel SO motivated during the class. Even if it's an Endurance class which is my weakness, glad to push through with the girls!

The environment is awesome! Everyone is always excited to be here and get to work. The classes push you to achieve your goals and can be modified to your specific needs. The staff is amazing, very respectful and always willing to help. You are always greeted with a great vibe. Best workout experience I've had!

i purchased a package and wanted to cancel but was unable to because as per RZONE to cancel you need to pay the remaining balance you owe i was told it was not a contract but apparently it is I recommend to read carefully before starting your membership

Great teachers, tough classes and clean facilities. They run a good workout gym and the staff is very helpful. I highly recommend them!

Rzone's program is hands down one of the best ways to get and stay in shape. The workout changes every day and always includes both high intensity cardio and strength training, and it's all in ONE hour. Even after consistently working out with Rzone for over a year now, I continue to feel challenged by the workouts and see new results. The coaches focus on making sure you're performing the exercises correctly and most provide just the perfect amount of motivation and encouragement to keep you working hard. Love the variety of music and admin team is great too.
