Everything at Rzone makes it amazing. They have amazing coaches that are constantly monitoring you, correcting you if necessary, pushing you, and reminding you why you decided to show up. Their routines are great, making us work every part of the body in an hour. I get there and already have a plan, not like big gyms where unless you're an expert, I would get lost between deciding routines and waiting in line for the "best" weight machines. And last but definitely not least, the fact that is all women is the super plus. We don't have to worry about creepy people going around, or even get distracted. No time for that! Love RZone. 🫶🏻
