By far exceptional customer service! From the check in process to the 1hr training session. Jose manages to let the customers feel like they are getting a 1 on 1 training session. He is clear with instruction, approachable and a subject matter expert.

I am an RZONE member and attend the Pinecrest location. I love the workouts, the coaches and the intensity of the classes. The Kendall gym is beautiful and very well put together.

The lobby is beautiful. I love the personal sanitizing spray bottles we can carry around during the workout. Love the water fountain water bottle filler.
