Staff was very friendly and helpful, make you feel welcome. The studio is very clean, I like that they give you your own hand sanitizer bottle so you can sterilize as you move to different machines. The coach was also very friendly and explained the exercises well and was very helpful. Overall I really liked the environment and atmosphere, how it is quaint yet there is enough space, I will be signing up very soon!
