R Zone is an excellent gym, and I'm so happy I joined. It provides a nonjudgmental environment for women of all sizes and ages to get a well-rounded workout, and they have you in-and-out of there in an hour. There's a lot of positive, motivational energy to help everyone achieve their own goals, from the front desk who are always sweet and helpful to the Coach that walks around cheering you on and correcting form to ensure you are doing each exercise properly. I love that the workouts are always different. I've seen great results over the past four months and it's just the beginning!
