Though I would prefer a little more ab workout in the routine at least one daily, the program works, the instructors are good. It was nice to recently have Irving back who is like having a personal trainer. We missed his music selection and his spirit. Monica, Jose are all good instructors as well. I will miss your place for a bit because I just had surgery yesterday that will keep me without vigorous exercise for at least 90 days.
