Hour long classes intimidate me but this ones was slow and I didn't get bored. I was challenge and not staring at the clock. It was sweaty and I could sweat more next time if I challenge my poses more.

Lovely space and plenty of blocks, bolsters, and blankets to use.
From the moment I walk in to the studio I feel relaxed. The classes are never over packed and the teachers and front desk staff are super friendly. The studio has a real community feel and the teachers are really approachable and take the time to answer any questions you may have.
