I had such a great experience! I felt like Lenie incorporated a lot of grounding, core work and alignment that I needed
It feels like a sanctuary and safe space. I love the people that work there. The teachers are all very kind. It always feel clean and lovingly maintained.
All was great - too bad the city has put such restrictions on living free.
