Chelsea's classes and any class I've been to here are amazing. Great workouts for the body and mind. Love the zoom feature during this crazy time.

Because I'm a beginner and it was easy enough for me to do besides being informative. I liked the birds in the background. The instructor was kind, thoughtful, and encouraging.

The only thing I'd recommend is maybe wearing aripods. It was a bit difficult to listen to Matt
