Instructor did a great job demonstrating and explaining moves.
I really can’t believe how nice the ladies were to me. Hailey helped explain things to me. Offered me a mat to use. CB was super nice and a great instructor. I’m just starting out and can’t keep up with the class but I try and I think this might help with some of my arthritis issues. Thx so much
