• Happy with customer service as I entered, very nice concierge, quick check-in process. Clean, Loved the baths and the sauna, showers, Locker room and changing area well kept. Steam room a little too much for me, but I still enjoyed it. Towel was a little rough, but I like a rough towel (maybe some others wouldn't). I have already recommended to some people and will continue to. I will also be returning
