• It was the perfect rejuvenation experience for me after such a long season of work. I really appreciated the offering of deodorant, dry shampoo, blow dryers, and tampons: it's nice to see somewhere thinking of the small things. It's just shy of a 10 because I think there's some mild improvements to be made, but I don't hold them against the rating or review since it's a new business and they're not deal breakers. More clocks or timers in the space would be ideal since it's a timed entry type place (ie: the mineral bath area and changing rooms/bathrooms), adding a couple more sand timers in the sauna would be great (it wasn't super busy when I went, but I can imagine when it is, 2 timers isn't enough if someone wants to be precise), having the curtains pulled or more dim in the "spa" spaces would be ideal to help more of the relaxation vibe, and playing a spa music playlist instead of the same sound would help a lot. Overall, I enjoyed it a lot and can't wait to come back/bring friends.

• We had a wonderful experience and loved all the amenities. It did feel that certain guest were confused or unaware of the protocols for self filled tubs, perhaps more detailed instructions in the intro. The confusion around the self filled tubs were leading to guest filling their tubs but getting swiped by other guests. Lastly, perhaps a little refreshments for purchase such as bottled water and/ or beverages would be another great addition.
