• From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and welcome, the owner’s dog greeted me, and honestly, that was an instant dopamine hit! The atmosphere is calm, modern, and so thoughtfully designed. Between the cold plunge, sauna, steam room, and hot baths, every detail feels intentional and restorative. It was also really cool to see all the classes and events they offer. It’s clear this isn’t just a spa, but a true wellness community. The staff are wonderful too. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help you make the most of your visit. Now I just need one in South Jeffco because I’d sign up as a member in a heartbeat. Please open more locations, ROK, you’ve got something special here!
