I was originally booked with Carissa but got a text message that morning letting me know she was out sick that day. They had already lined up another appt for me with another therapist at my same time! I was very grateful as I'd been looking forward to this for a while! They booked me with Kristen and she was amazing! She listened to my complaints and took her time to help me understand why it was hurting and what I can do after my massage to keep it from hurting again. Very grateful for her and I've booked again for next month with her too!
