I really don't know what to expect so I have to take each appt at a time. I was very sore around the waist the next day. I hope that is normal. I am still sore today (Sunday.) What should I expect after four or five visits? Is there a plan to be laid out? I would like to change therapists for the next visit to Amy. She has been highly recommended to mei n the last couple of days and I think it would be beneficial to have different therapists to compare what works for me.
