• I always get a great workout at Rock Solid Fittness! Nino is exceptional at having machines set up in advance so you transition from one exercise machine to the next seamlessly and efficiently. And he manages to stay on top of each his clients workouts in 2 on 1 workouts! I highly recommend Rock Solid Fitness it's a outstanding gym to workout in and you always feel like your workout addressed your specific needs!
