• What a great experience I had. I am vey familiar with the gym and exercising. The staff new just what they were doing and got me and incredible work out in a short amount of time. It would be hard to get a better work out in less time. And the InBody machine they have is totally awesome. I will go back occasionally just for that alone. It tells you so much about your body in literally a few minutes. I didn't even know this technology was available for such a low cost. I would pay far more just for the testing that was done. Anyhow, very pleased and would highly recommend "ROCK SOLID FITNESS" to anyone. Joe, Dunedin Fl
