  • I had a hip injury running at the beginning of the pandemic and rehabbed for several months in PT. Because of my injury I finally learned how important strength training was! I froze my gym membership and was looking for at home strength workouts. I didn't know what to expect with RockOnFit but I was pleasantly surprised at how much stronger I was able to get in one month with the 45 minute workouts with Gail! I love the workouts (they are challenging but doable), the flexibility to do the workout on demand, Gail's expertise, cues, and modifications, her playlists, really everything. I always feel better mentally and physically after the workout. I would highly recommend RockOnFit if you are looking to get stronger at home!

  • for 14 yrs i have been doing kettle bell work / all body training. never was a fan of body part training. gail, i loved this ( i have done the lower so far )! you were excellent - spoke clearly, explained well + circled back to check on form etc, options were plenty, music was 👍. looking forward to upper body later today! thank you for sharing your work!
