The environment at R Zen is relaxing and accomodating, however advanced or otherwise you are in your physical strength, you are encourage to into a fruitful productive pose that brings health benefits. Also it’s kinda lovely to meet familiar faces, hopefully the friends you bring in will meet other friends and hence it has an outreach potential. I love to go on, maybe the strong morning cuppa is driving me , but I better stop here as my plants needs to be watered
Plenty of room & also a great variety of classes. It is suitable for all age groups.
The team at Roaming Zen make moving wherever you are easy! Having their classes live-streamed is so convenient for those busy school mornings when I can workout at home, with the added accountability of having to book in and turn up for the class (which you don't get from on-demand workouts). All the classes and instructors are excellent, and the community is amazing. Highly recommend!
Classes are run professionally.
Instructors are knowledgeable and take individual interest in you.
