Roaming Zen feels like one big family. Jen is incredibly welcoming, warm and encouraging. I've never felt so at home while exercising.

Community and client oriented. Exercise is tailored to individual. Comfortable homely environment. Love the video on demand which is needed for time poor mums that can't get out of the house. Short classes that you can choose according to your needs. Obviously prefer coming in but struggle to find time now
Will always rate Roaming Zen a 10 out of 10. Teachers are amazing! Classes are exceptional - you work every muscle in your body & get results! LOVE every class I attend 💪🏼
I loved Jen and her instructions, which were clear. The smile in her voice is catching and the other ladies were so warm and fun
