• It was the whole day starting with Valet parking, knowledgeable valet staff telling me where to go next. RNR reception greeted me with attention, asking if I have ever been here, to confirming my treatment, no rushing you through, showing me where the locker room was, with instructions , where to sit prior to treatment, showing me the lounge areas, where snacks were and coffee stations, water stations. I swam first then hot tubbed prior to treatment. My sublime facial was heavenly with my girl Chona explaining what was going to be put on next (the creams). My room was perfectly warm and then I had a scalp massage with neck and décolletage done as well. After floating out of the room I was reminded to not shower until later to let my creams do their magic. I was shown the products we used on my skin and was not pressured to buy at that time but to purchase when the budget allowed. Reception was happy that I had such a great experience with a nice "hope to see you again" soon. Drove home with a great feeling of calm. I will recommend this hidden gem to my friends for sure.
