• What makes any business a success is the people who work there. The breakfast and staff at the Hawthorn were lovely, and it was the perfect place to start off my daughter's birthday. The staff and massage therapists at the spa were wonderful! The spa was beautiful and relaxing - hot tub and steam room were both great (pool was a little too cool). The serenity room was tranquil with nice snacks and drinks. It was easy to find your way around. What a wonderful way to spend a few hours - we're looking forward to visiting again soon!

• Josip was exceptional - lots of questions to understand what my problem areas were. He was diligent to check in regarding pressure and was very professional. The spa staff were all very friendly and made everything a very easy and pleasant experience. Very very good service and would absolutely recommend and will return when I am back in Calgary.
