• I had a wonderful experience at Riviera Spa Uptown Knox Travis Walk. From the moment I arrived, everything was spotless and beautiful. The ladies at the front desk were very kind, friendly, and polite. They made me feel welcome right away. I received a massage from Laura, and it was honestly one of the best massages I have ever had in my life. She was very respectful, professional, and made sure I was comfortable during the whole session. I left feeling completely relaxed. I also had a Hydrafacial with Nakumba. She was very sweet, professional, and knowledgeable. She explained everything and made the experience very enjoyable. My skin felt amazing after the treatment. The spa is clean, peaceful, and very well organized. You can tell they really care about their clients and the quality of their service. I was truly delighted with my visit and I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you to Laura, Nakumba, and the whole team for such a wonderful experience!
