• I think the membership program is pretty great. The check in process is nice, with complimentary champagne or neck wrap. My only suggestions would be to beef up the cleaning - it looks like some of the chairs in the waiting room are really dirty /needs a little refresh, and the bathroom looks worn out. Also, it seems the massage therapists turn over a lot. My favorite therapist (Tyyar) left last year, and i've struggled to find someone else I like as much; i've noticed the names frequently decreasing/changing on the options to select.
