It was a great experience. It felt like a spiritual cleanse with healing properties. I enjoyed all of sounds they helped to soothe my anxiety. Overall it was a very positive, therapeutic, and healing experience. I feel revitalized and can't stop smiling. Thank you very much for providing this to the community. I really like the yoga studio and the classes that are offered.
