Such a fun experience with Jennifer. Loved practice the dolphin hand/head stand against the wall. Not many yoga classes allow for time to practice these harder poses. Will definitely be back!!!

Wide array of classes, place is beautiful. The instructor was great. Front desk staff that helped me check in (possibly the owner? Was so friendly and helpful) and Tucker!!
Sarah subbed the restorative class on Sunday and it was amazing- she was so welcoming. Her class provided relaxation and made me focus inward which allowed me to meditate, something I always find hard doing. I enjoyed the class so much and can’t wait to return to another class at Riverstone! Thank you, Sarah, you are wonderful!
