The class was well run, made accommodations for a newcomer,me, and really gave everyone a great workout. I will be coming back again.
The instructor has a true passion for what she does and a very comfortable setting.

Tori is an amazing instructor. She is kind, thoughtful, creative, generous and patient. Her classes are always a pace that is attainable yet challenging. Her cues and imagery help to get the most out of every pose.
