Riverstone Yoga is a very welcoming and calming environment. It is just the right amount of Zen needed to have a good yoga practice.
I came because my friend Lea is a new teacher and was instructing a class and for a new teacher, she did marvelous, carrying herself like she was a seasoned teacher even just on her second taught class, and I'm sure everyone who was in attendance could agree!
Accidentally hit a 9 instead of 10. The Reiki & Restore class was taught by a very gifted and professional young lady. I will take this class every time I’m in town.
