• Had an appointment for massage and pedicure on Tuesday the hostess (Tracie) should get a score of 0. Gave us our flip flops and just stared at us. Oh guess you want robes? After giving us our robes I had NO idea where I supposed to go made me feel like an idiot Massage girl was great Took me back to the waiting area and told me the person that was doing the pedicure would come get me. Very nice, she came and got me when ready. Pedicure was good. I mentioned that I had locked my locker and couldn't get it open. She let me know they don't keep a key there anymore when she was done she would let them know. So when done went to the locker and waited. After a bit I went up front and ask if someone was coming to unlock my locker. Hostess Tracie looked at me and said "well if we had know we could have" very rude. When got up front to check out guess who. Started checking me out, gave me a first receipt. I questioned it. It didn't look right. Most receipts say balance was the balance due. I ask to understand. She huffed and said I'm calling my mama. REALLY. Manager came and said " when the tech set up the cash register, they never use them so didn't know which line was supposed to be what." Made total sense I said thank you she could have just said that. Manager was very nice. Hostess Tracie was worthless
