• I give the services a 10...Carly is amazing...I fly back from AZ to have her do my hair...So I DO tell my friends that the people who work there are AMAZING...but I don't tell them it's a "spa" experience....bc only the back part of the salon is "spa" like.....The rest of the facility is more like dropping into the mall or a department store....River Rock Spa, no longer exists for me...The "remodel" is like taking it from a Whole Foods to a Sherm's Thunderbird....I don't understand and I'm so disappointed....If I want a "Spa" experience I will go to one in Paradise Valley....No disrespect intended....
