• It how I felt about the whole experience there is one negative I experienced and that is I entered through the hotel lobby, and I still was greeted with a wall of cigarette smoke. This should not happen. This is the entrance for families people going to the hotel going to experience the spa, you need to fix this if you have to make a long hallway with double doors on each end that sucks the smoke out before you walk into the area of Cafe gift shop arcade to hotel. It needs to be smoke free. This is not healthy.
