• The only thing I was surprised that was when I booked the massage I booked it with a certain individual and when I arrived there, there was no explanation why that person wasn't giving me my massage. That's why I gave it a nine versus a 10. The lady was great. I just From the receptionist felt like I should've been greeted and given an explanation like for example we moved you to a different individual and we're sorry that that person was not available today even though when you booked it online, she was. Or something, but nobody said anything so I'm left questioning did I do it incorrectly? Did she get sick today? I had no idea. For any business, especially when you're dealing with somebody's personal needs I believe communication is extremely important.
