• Nicole is the first masseuse who massaged my legs perfectly since they are very sensitive. It was the perfect pressure and felt amazing without the fear of pain.

• The space. The time waiting the ladies who helped me. I wish the drink options were better. Like fresh creamer for coffee or tea setup. Better stuff in the shower to use to get washed up would have been nice

• Nicole is the best! I asked for her consistently & I probably have a massage twice a month. I look forward to it. She is always prompt very thorough. She will concentrate on whatever part of my body that is giving me problems whether it's my shoulders, my neck, or my back and the pressure is always exactly what I want it to be. The facility is really nice if I were to take away a point , it would probably be based on the lockers in the women's change area. They are inconsistent, and the locks work about half of the time. I would almost prefer just to bring my own Lock at least it would be consistent. But aside from that, the shower area the grooming area all of it is very nice. I've also used the whirlpool and sauna - also very nice.
