• No soap in the bottles in the men's showers. & I couldn't figure out the two controls in the women's showers. There was a wad of hair on the floor by the drain in the women's shower. Not your fault, people are gross, but it would have been good if it had been checked. It would had been nice to have been shown how to turn on & off the steam room and the bubbles in the jacuzzi. & i personally prefer the hottub a couple degrees hotter, But everything else was REALLY NICE!!!
